What we collect

If you join the list, we collect the email address you type, the fact that you signed up on this domain, and routine server logs (IP address, browser, time). We do not ask for a name or a phone number on this page. We do not run a quiz. We do not sell a book through this form.

How we use it

We use your email to send the private newsletter (a few messages a month) and related notes about the S.O.B.E.R. Method™, the books, and 1:1 work. You can unsubscribe from any message. We store the contact in GoHighLevel, the same list used by sobermethod.com, digitalsobriety.org, and yourfutureissober.com, tagged so we can see that you came from this domain.

Who sees it

GoHighLevel processes the list on our behalf. Amazon processes purchases if you follow a book link. We do not sell your email. We do not put your name on a meeting list. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep list records until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and for a short period after that if the law requires a record of the request.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email. Write to info@rigottipress.com to correct or delete the address we hold. If you are in a place with additional rights (access, portability, objection), email us and we will meet them.

Medical notice

If you drink heavily every day, or if you use benzodiazepines such as Valium, Xanax, or Ativan, talk to a physician before you stop. Withdrawal from those can seize. Do not detox alone.
