Terms of Use
Last updated: 19 September 2026
By using flavorsofconfidence.org you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, leave the site. The site is owned by Rigotti Press, Inc., Lincoln, Nebraska.
What this site is
This is a single-purpose page for the phrase printed in the Flavors of Confidence books. It explains the phrase, offers a private email list, and points to books, the podcast, sobermethod.com, and 1:1 work. It is not medical care, not a 12-step meeting, and not a substitute for a physician.
Not medical advice
If you drink heavily every day, or if you use benzodiazepines such as Valium, Xanax, or Ativan, talk to a physician before you stop. Withdrawal from those can seize. Do not detox alone. Massimo is not a medical professional. The S.O.B.E.R. Method™ is not treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for care.
Nothing on this site is a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a claim of a cure. Results vary. You are responsible for the choices you make with your own physician.
The list
Joining the list is optional. We will send a few messages a month. You may unsubscribe at any time. We may refuse or remove an address that is abusive or automated.
Books and other sites
Book links go to Amazon. Coaching and contact links go to sobermethod.com. Those sites have their own terms. We are not responsible for their content or for third-party checkout.
